We've been hearing this catch phrase all over the place lately and now we've got it at Be FIt 2 Play.
Visalus and Isagenix both have a "Get Fit 90 Day Challenge" and it is our belief at Be Fit 2 Play that optimal nutrition is key to a healthy life and a healthy body however you achieve it. Our Be Fit 2 Play 90 Day challenge is a challenge that I present to you to take charge of your health and fitness goals, to make a positive change in your life, to throw those fears of change and failure away and jump in head first. Because believe it or not, you are the only person who can turn your dreams into goals and make those goals a reality but in order to do that, you need to make the effort and make the commitment. It's only 90 days, what have you got to lose? A few inches? A few pounds? A few outfits that have suddenly become too big? That doesn't sound so bad. See below for rules and the fine print.

Step One: Decide on your end goal for 90 days from now. Make it something meaningful to you personally.
Step Two: Email Us to set up a Free 30 minute consult. During this consult, we will review your goal, create an action plan
and decide on what services will get you where you want to go within your time/price range.
Step Three: Take your before photo and body composition measurements if they apply to your goal. (Kept confidential)

The 90 Day Challenge - The Fine Print
1. A nutrition package is one service that must be included in your 90 day challenge.
2. Nutrition packages that are included in this challenge can come from Isagenix or Body By Vi.
3. Prizes are applicable from the company whos nutrition package you choose and also from Be Fit 2 Play.
Take a look at some prizes up for grabs with Isagenix and with Body By Vi.
4. Your 90 days will start the day you receive your nutrition package and end 90 days later.
5. You may choose whether or not you want to include a fitness service from Be Fit 2 Play.
6. You will have access to support and we will keep you accountable during your full 90 days to encourage success.
7. You will receive email updates throughout your full 90 days to keep you on track and informed.
8. Your results will be dependent upon how hard you work toward your goal and your efforts are your sole responsibility.
9. Be Fit 2 Play will not be held accountable for any unattained goals or failed efforts on your part.
10. You are responsible for voicing any concerns or questions you may have throughout your 90 day journey.
11. Your doctors "Go Ahead" is advised before taking on any nutrition or fitness program such as this.
