A ParMed-X for Pregnancy is mandatory for participating in any prenatal classes or fitness sessions with BF2P. When you have read it and filled it out with your doctor, please bring it with you to your first session.

One-on-One Fitness Training
During this emotional and sometimes stressful time, commiting to a regular and safe exercise routine can be tough and group fitness isn't for everyone. By teaming up with our pre and post natal certified fitness trainer, you can be sure that not only will you receive the motivation and encouragement to stick with a safe fitness routine but you will receive all the benefits of exercising during pregnancy aswell.

Group Fitness Classes
Join other moms-to-be in these fun and active fitness classes specifically designed for pregnancy by our own pre and post natal certified fitness trainer. These classes were designed with you in mind and are maxed out at 6 ppl so you can rest assured you will be taken care of. You can join on a drop in bases or get some of your own friends who are also expecting and create your own private class with our trainer. Either way, the benefits of staying fit and active during pregnancy are many and in our classes, you and baby always come first!
