Personalized Fitness Program
Get a fitness program designed specifically for you which you can do at your convenience. These programs should last you between 4 to 6 weeks, at that time you should change your routine and/or intensity to avoid hitting a plateau. Coaching is also available to help you with any fitness questions you may have and to keep you motivated and on track.

One-on-One Fitness Training
After our first baby arrives, we often go through the biggest learning curve we have ever experienced. Even with baby number two, three, four and so on, a new baby comes with a handfull of challenges. Exercise can help in so many ways; group fitness might not be your thing but thats ok because we can also work with you in your own home on your schedule.
Train in the comfort and convenience of your home with our mobile training service. We bring the necessary equipment, we update your fitness program to keep you off those plateaus, we even tell you why we are doing the exercises we are doing and if baby allows, we can build a workout that includes them to help entertain and build that mama-baby bond.

Stroller Fitness (Group Class)
Starting May 6th, 2013.
These outdoor fitness classes are a fun way to get outdoors and get healthy active all while strengthening that mama-baby bond. It's also a great place to meet other new moms, make friends and laugh a little which we all know is good for the soul. These classes are specifically designed to tighten that tummy, lose postpartum baby weight safely and increase strength and flexibility where a mama needs it most. Please note, these classes will be held outdoors unless otherwise posted.
NOTE: 2013 - May 6th, 8th and 10th classes are FREE Drop-In: $8
Monthly passes for May are half price 1 Month pass: $60
1 Month Passes with 1 friend: $50 each
1 Month Passes with 2 friends: $40 each
